Yes, the amount of the premium charge you incur depends on the effective date of the addition or change.
Subscriber Additions:
If you add a subscriber and the effective date is prior to or on the 15th of the month, the bill will reflect a full month’s premium. If the effective date is after the 15th, there will be no premium charge for the subscriber for the month.
Subscriber Terminations:
If you terminate a subscriber and the effective date is prior to or on the 15th of the month, there will be no premium charge for the month. If the effective date is after the 15th, the bill will reflect a full month’s premium for the subscriber.
