Voluntary Plans
You offer your employees a dental plan while making little to no contribution toward the premium cost.

When selecting a plan, there are several factors to consider to ensure the coverage is the perfect fit for both your employees’ dental health and your bottom line.
Contribution levelBusinesses of all sizes have flexibility in choosing the contribution level that’s right for them. If you don’t currently offer dental benefits, a great way to start is with a voluntary plan, allowing your employees to access quality coverage without adding costs to your bottom line.

Rollover MaximumThis feature allows employees who stay up to date with preventive care to carry over their unused benefit dollars into future years. It not only supports better long term health but also increases the overall value they receive as their savings grow.
Network choice
The plan you choose will determine the size of the network your employees have access to and the cost they will pay. We offer a full range of plan options that include both national and local plans.
Remember, Delta Dental has the largest directly contracted network. We don’t lease or rent networks just to expand our size, which means you can trust that our network remains stable, consistent, and reliable.
National plansOur most popular plan combines our two national networks, giving your employees access to 3 out of 4 dentists nationwide.
Massachusetts-only plansThis local plan gives employees access to the state’s largest PPO network. The plan includes comprehensive coverage, as well as upgrades such as coverage for white fillings and implants, but at a more affordable premium level for you.
This plan offers lower premiums and great coverage. Members must get their care within the Delta Dental EPO network of more than 2,000 dentists in Massachusetts.
