Delta Dental of Massachusetts Welcomes New Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mark Fecteau will lead sales and marketing for Massachusetts’ largest dental insurer

BOSTON — January 23, 2024 — Delta Dental of Massachusetts (DDMA), the leading dental benefits administrator in the state, announced that Mark Fecteau has joined the organization as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Fecteau succeeds Erik Montlack in the role, following Montlack’s appointment as President of DDMA last year.

Prior to joining DDMA, Fecteau served as Vice President of Workforce Benefits at Pacific Life. He also spent more than 20 years at MetLife, holding a variety of leadership roles, including leading the New England Group Benefit Sales office and overseeing the team responsible for managing national relationships with MetLife’s key external distribution partners.

Fecteau brings decades of experience in the insurance industry and has worked in the Massachusetts market for 25 years. A Rhode Island native and Bowdoin College graduate, he lives in Arlington, Massachusetts, with his wife and three sons.
