How to register for the Provider Portal
Our Provider Portal is your primary resource for managing your Delta Dental patients. It offers secure, 24/7 access to essential tools and information, including member benefits and eligibility, claims status, our Provider Manuals, and more.
To register for an account, follow the instructions below.

Gather the following:
- Your Business Tax Identification Number (TIN)
- Web Access Code (If you don’t have a Web Access Code, call us at 800-872-0500)

Visit deltadentalma.com/provider:
- Click the Register button in the upper‑right corner.
- Select Dentist as the user type, then click Continue.
- Enter your TIN and Web Access Code, then click Next.

Enter Your Provider Information:
- Select your Primary Office Location.
- Enter the Dentist for which this account is being registered, then click Next.

Enter Your Details:
- Enter your First and Last Name.
- Enter your Preferred Email Address.
- Create a Username & Password.
- Agree to the Terms of Use by checking the box, then click Next.

Verify Your Account:
- Check your preferred email for a 6‑digit verification code.
- Enter the verification code where prompted, and click Verify.
