How to register for the Provider Portal

Our Provider Portal is your primary resource for managing your Delta Dental patients. It offers secure, 24/7 access to essential tools and information, including member benefits and eligibility, claims status, our Provider Manuals, and more.

To register for an account, follow the instructions below.

Gather the following:

Your Business Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Web Access Code (If you don’t have a Web Access Code, call us at 800-872-0500)

Visit deltadentalma.com/provider:

Click the Register button in the upper‑right corner.
Select Dentist as the user type, then click Continue.
Enter your TIN and Web Access Code, then click Next.

Enter Your Provider Information:

Select your Primary Office Location.
Enter the Dentist for which this account is being registered, then click Next.

Enter Your Details:

Enter your First and Last Name.
Enter your Preferred Email Address.
Create a Username & Password.
Agree to the Terms of Use by checking the box, then click Next.

Verify Your Account:

Check your preferred email for a 6‑digit verification code.
Enter the verification code where prompted, and click Verify.
