How to register for the Provider Portal



Our Provider Portal is your primary resource for managing your Delta Dental patients. It offers secure, 24/7 access to essential tools and information, including member benefits and eligibility, claims status, our Provider Manuals, and more.

To register for an account, follow the instructions below.

Gather the following:

  • Your Business Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Web Access Code (If you don’t have a Web Access Code, call us at 800-872-0500)

Visit deltadentalma.com/provider:

  • Click the Register button in the upper‑right corner.
  • Select Dentist as the user type, then click Continue.
  • Enter your TIN and Web Access Code, then click Next.

Enter Your Provider Information:

  • Select your Primary Office Location.
  • Enter the Dentist for which this account is being registered, then click Next.

Enter Your Details:

  • Enter your First and Last Name.
  • Enter your Preferred Email Address.
  • Create a Username & Password.
  • Agree to the Terms of Use by checking the box, then click Next.

Verify Your Account:

  • Check your preferred email for a 6‑digit verification code.
  • Enter the verification code where prompted, and click Verify.
